John Romero씨와 Brenda Romero씨가 개발을 인솔하는 Romero Games 신작으로서, 작년 12월에 출시를 다한 갱스터 테마 XCOM풍 턴 베이스 스트래터지 "Empire of Sin"입니다만, 주말에 방송된 Paradox Interactive 프레스 컨퍼런스 “Paradox Insider”에서, 본작 Xbox Game Pass를 방송해, 콘솔과 PC판이 2021년3월18일에 해금 예정인 것이 밝혀졌습니다.
